WHO WE ARE
Independence is structural, not declared.
ISEET — I See for Information Technology — was established in 2018. We are an independent advisory firm providing consulting services for digital transformation across health, development, and public sector programs, from Jordan and Iraq to multi-country assignments spanning the MENA region and beyond.
Independence, for us, is structural rather than declared. We hold no reseller agreements, take no license margins, and are tied to no vendor’s platform. When we advise on what a system should be, the advice is not shaped by what we would later like to sell. Where we serve as independent technical supervisor or quality assurance authority, we do not bid on its implementation.
Our work runs the full arc of a program: needs assessment and strategy, solution design, engineering and interoperability, independent supervision, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building. We stay with a program’s end users, in country and in the field, until it works.

Amjad leads engagements across ISEET’s flagship assignments, from national immunization supply chain and civil registration programs to independent technical supervision for regional institutions.
