ISEET is proud to have contributed to Jordan’s national cold chain assessment in partnership with UNICEF Jordan and the Ministry of Health. As part of this collaboration, ISEET provided training and technical support to ensure the effective use of the Inventory and Gap Analysis (IGA) tool, a digital platform used to map and assess cold chain equipment inventory across the country.

The engagement began with a four-day training for administrative staff, which took place from 30th June to 3rd July 2025. During this period, ISEET led the delivery of sessions focused on system configuration and overall oversight of the IGA platform. Participants were guided through the functionalities of IGA version 4.0, including country-specific setup, user access management, and integration with the Offline Mobile App. The training featured hands-on exercises to help administrators become familiar with the system and prepare it for national assessment.

Following the admin training, ISEET conducted a two-day training for the field data collection teams on 23rd and 24th July 2025. Delivered in Arabic and organized in two batches, this end-user training equipped data collectors with the skills needed to gather reliable facility-level data using the IGA tool. Participants learned how to edit and add equipment data offline, conduct accurate cold chain assessments in the field, and synchronize collected data with the central IGA system. The sessions also covered practical methods for estimating vaccine storage capacities and identifying equipment gaps, including both PQS-listed and non-PQS items.

Throughout both training programs, ISEET’s team provided full facilitation and on-site technical support, ensuring that participants could confidently navigate the IGA system and apply it effectively in real-world settings. This initiative reflects ISEET’s commitment to strengthening digital public health tools and supporting national efforts to improve immunization supply chain management through data-driven planning and execution.
